How to get rid of Sims 3 Custom Content glitches

So we all hate those annnoying glitches in our sims game and I found a result to this problem that's real simple!
Watch the following video to learn how to fix the problem...

1st way to try to fix watch the video...

if this did not fix anything try this way... BUT it should work this is just a back up plan if it didn't work because aliens took over your computer! 

Step 1: Go to files
Step 2: Go to documents
Step 3: Go to electronic arts
Step 4: Go to DC backup
Step 5: delete all or ones below that are in the file

Really you should delete all the files in your dc backup if it starts with 0x
